By creating an account or using Card Scanner (the "Service") you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential and are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
2. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for lawful business purposes.
- Only capture and store personal data of others where you have a lawful basis, and comply with applicable data-protection and anti-spam laws.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the contacts, images, notes and recordings you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display that content in order to provide the Service, including processing by AI, transcription and integration providers when those features are enabled.
4. AI-generated content
AI features may produce inaccurate results. Review extracted fields, summaries and suggestions before relying on them.
5. Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and recommend exporting your data regularly.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business arising from use of the Service.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
